Sound Bath and Meditation at Stratherrick Public Hall (Gorthleck Hall)

Immerse yourself in this meditative experience where you will be 'bathed' by sound waves. Sound Baths are known to induce deep relaxation, reduce stress and anxiety, enhance creativity, reduce pain and increase energy levels.

All you need to do is lay down (or sit if you prefer), get comfortable and let the sounds wash over you. You'll experience a range of sounds from Tibetan Singing Bowls, Steel Tongue Drum, Shamanic Drum, Tuning Forks, Rain Sticks, Shakers, Bells & more. Each sound and frequency (sound vibration) will be varied and precise to create specific vibrations to wrap you in a cocoon of sound....Let it wash over & through you - to a wonderful journey of renewal, revitalisation and balance.

Every month we will have a different theme. Each session will start with a short guided meditation. Please bring a pillow, blanket, yoga mat, eye mask / eye pillow & some water. I have extra yoga mats available if you do not have your own.

£8 per person - 60 minutes. These classes are now subsided by SFCT so if you live in the area classes will be at the reduced cost of £4. If you book online please use Promo code SUB50 at the check out or pay cash on the day.
