Admin Assistant (Part-time)
Organisation: Boleskine Community Care (BCC)
Hours: 10 per week (flexible)
Location: Foyers / hybrid possible
Contract: 24-month fixed term
Salary: £12.60 per hour (Real Living Wage)
We are looking for a well-organised and approachable Admin Assistant to provide essential support to our staff, trustees and volunteers.
The Admin Assistant will ensure the smooth running of BCC’s day-to-day operations. This includes handling correspondence, record keeping, and helping with communications and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
· Act as the first point of contact for enquiries by phone, email and in person.
· Maintain accurate records, filing systems and databases.
· Arrange meetings, prepare agendas and take minutes where required.
· Assist with monitoring and reporting for funders.
· Provide administrative support for projects, services and events.
· Help with communications such as newsletters, social media updates and notices.
· Order office supplies and liaise with suppliers.
· Ensure all information is handled in line with data protection and confidentiality policies.
· Any other duties as identified by staff and trustees.
