Here is the Booking Calendar for the Wildside Centre

You can book directly via the calendar below, or you can visit the dedicated site: Wildside Booking System.

Please note: This calendar is solely for confirmed bookings at The Wildside Centre. You can still view the 'Whats On' calendar for other events within the area here.

For corporate/conference style bookings, please email: admin@sfctrust.org.uk to discuss hire costs and requirements.

To make a booking at The Wildside Centre:

Read the documents: Terms and Conditions of Hire and Hire Charges.

Go to the calendar page. Check availability. Click on New Booking and fill in the form.

Once your request has been submitted, you will receive an email from ‘Hall Booking Online’.

Once your booking has been approved, you will receive a second email to confirm.

Shortly after, you will be sent an invoice via email with details on how to pay.

Community hire charges are listed below:

The Fechlin Suite: £7.50 per hour.

The Farigaig Suite: £7.50 per hour.

(With FREE Kitchen Access).

Boardroom: £7.50 per hour.

Local business charges

£15 per hour for local businesses (e.g., exercise or wellbeing classes).

For corporate/conference style bookings, please email: admin@sfctrust.org.uk to discuss your requirements.

Room Setup - We can setup the room prior to your booking, if this would be of benefit to you, please tick this option when filling out the booking form. (An additional fee of £25 per hour will be applied to your booking).

Technical Staff - If you require any technical assistance with your booking/event, we can happily accommodate. Please state on the booking form 'Message to Administrator' box what you require and we can discuss this further.

(This will incur an additional charge of £25 per hour, per member of technical staff).
